Supervision is facilitated professional learning. This learning supports a professional to be safe, ethical and competent, and provide ‘best practice’ services for their clients.
The supervision I provide is based on reflective and strengths based models
I have over seven years’ experience providing professional supervision. I am currently supervising: Social workers, Youth workers, Family Dispute Resolution providers, Coordinators, Managers and Educators.
